Health-Related Needs Forum: Food is Medicine
Virtual Forum

WPHCA will be hosting a virtual Health-Related Needs Forum focused on Food is Medicine. We will be highlighting presenters from the statewide Food is Medicine coalition, along with a CHC presenter on their Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. CHC staff involved in community engagement, SDOH work, or resource navigation are encouraged to attend. 

Overall Meeting Objectives

• Maintain space for ongoing CHC support and connections to advance SDOH initiatives
• Spotlight innovative or promising CHC practices and programs that address SDOH priority areas
• Hold time for connecting with peers with similar roles or interest in SDOH work.
